Delphi Award at AASCU Annual Meeting

Jan. 24, 2025 | Washington, D.C.

The TIAA Institute-sponsored Delphi Award for innovative efforts to support contingent faculty was featured at a session of the annual meeting of the American Association of Colleges and Universities (AAC&U). TIAA Institute Managing Director introduced the winners who shared highlights of their winning programs.

The Pullias Center for Higher Education at the University of Southern California’s Rossier School of Education, in partnership with AAC&U, selected two winners of the 2024 award: Michigan State University and the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Each will receive a $15,000 cash award to continue their work to support adjunct, contingent, and/or non-tenure-track faculty in promoting student success.

TIAA Institute Fellow Adrianna Kezar, director of the Pullias Center, noted the importance of the organization’s partnership with the Institute: “We are grateful for the TIAA Institute’s continued efforts in support of the academic workforce.”
