As a newly hired employee, you will be pre-enrolled in the 403(b) Basic Retirement Plan with TIAA. The university contribution commences with the date of hire. The university contribution will be remitted to TIAA and invested in an age appropriate Target Date Fund. This plan is totally funded by university contributions. No employee contribution is required.
You may change your investment options at any time. Before making changes, you are strongly encouraged to discuss your investment options with a TIAA Financial Consultant. A Financial Consultant is on campus every month. Click here to schedule an appointment with a TIAA investment professional.
