Children's Mercy will use a new formula based on your age and years of service to determine its contribution.

50-59 3.5%
60-69 4.5%
>70 6.0%
You are eligible to participate in the Plan after 2 years of service and age 21, and you have worked at least 1,000 hours in each of your anniversary years.
Contributions to this account will be 100% vested immediately.
