The HRC is a national non-profit organization dedicated to promoting fairness for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) Americans. The group’s annual Corporate Equality Index survey evaluates companies on their policies and practices for LGBT employees. As part of this recognition, TIAA-CREF will be included on HRC’s nationally-promoted “Best Places to Work” list.
