What were your first few days like at TIAA?
I was focused on learning about our products and the organization, so it was a lot to take in. I met a lot of amazing colleagues who wanted to make sure I and other new hires like me succeeded. They generously offered to help.
What does putting the client first mean to you in your current role?
Putting the client first means that we do our best to help clients fulfill their financial needs. We have to constantly strive to improve. Our clients expect professionalism and lots of enthusiasm from any company to which they give their business. We are happy to oblige.

There is no typical day. For me, some of the best laid plans can change at a moment’s notice, and I have to adjust to accommodate. It keeps my work challenging and interesting.
