This plan allows you to make contributions in addition to those made by your employer. You may contribute the maximum amount permissible to both the 403(b) Supplemental and 457(b) Deferred Compensation plans. If your employer offers more than one plan for making employee contributions, you may increase the amount you save on a tax-deferred basis.

As an employee of West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission, you will contribute 6% of your salary and your employer will match 100% of your contribution.
