UVA matches 50% of the employee's contribution (up to $40 per month) to the TDSP.
To be eligible, employees must be eligible to participate in the Optional Retirement Plan or the Virginia Retirement System (VRS) and must be participating in the Tax Deferred Savings Plan.
Contributions to this account will be 100% vested immediately.
