No employee contribution is required. Reed College will contribute an amount equal to 10% of your salary upon eligibility. This is not a matching plan. Reed College makes a 10% contribution for you with no matching requirement.
You are eligible to participate in this plan after completing 1 year of service and attainment of age 21.
Contributions to this account will be 100% vested immediately.
