Eligible employees are required to contribute 5% of gross pay to this Plan. Additional information can be found on the CU 401(a) Retirement Plan website.
The University of Colorado contributes an amount equal to 10% of your gross pay to this plan.
Participation is mandatory for eligible faculty and staff. Participation begins the first day of the month following your date of hire. Refer to the university's benefits eligibility matrix if you are uncertain of your eligibility.
Contributions to this account will be 100% vested immediately.
