Starting in the 2019 plan year, all non-union employees will receive an annual contribution equal to 4% of eligible wages for this 401(a) Plan. CHOP contributes 3% of eligible compensation for union employees hired on or after July 1, 2017. Contributions are made each spring following the close of the previous plan year. The 2019 contribution will be made in Spring 2020.
