For non-exempt employees, the university will contribute 6% of eligible compensation when the employee contributes 3% of eligible compensation.
The university contribution increases to 8% of eligible compensation on the July 1 following attainment of age 50 and completion of one year of benefits-eligible service.

Employee Contribution with Employer Match
You must be employed by Brandeis University for a period of 1 year in order to be eligible.
Contributions to this account will be 100% vested immediately.
