    The Trust Company’s Investment Management and Fiduciary Services (IMFS) division provides a variety of discretionary trustee or investment management services to our clients who want to invest in a professionally managed portfolio within a fiduciary account.  IMFS serves plans governed by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), as well as other non-ERISA plans.  As a client, you have access to a dedicated team of investment, tax and estate planning professionals.  You’ll also receive personalized attention from a dedicated account administrator who helps coordinate plan administration services; benefit payments and other transaction-related items.  IMFS works closely with your existing service provider or your actuary, attorney, plan document provider or recordkeeper to ensure a seamless and convenient relationship.

    Our Wealth Management Advisors help your executives seek to optimize lifetime savings and investments to pursue future goals in retirement.  The advisor works with an executive to gain a comprehensive understanding of their current and future financial planning needs. By working with professionals in financial and estate planning considerations, tax considerations, insurance and trust services, the advisor develops a highly personalized financial solution for the executive.
