Your employees can now enroll in a plan through the device of their choice. Whether using a desktop computer, a mobile phone or tablet, users will undergo a seamless experience to set up new accounts. Taking it a step further, the MyTIAA homepage is now customized for each new enrollee, showing relevant action items and background information about TIAA.
Participants at eligible institutions will also be able to take advantage of the new Advice Express service, where they can receive personalized investment guidance by answering a few simple questions. Advice Express helps your employees select a customized investment allocation based on their age, savings rates and risk tolerance, determining a custom allocation that is built specifically for them.
For participants who want to enroll via telephone, representatives can submit enrollment elections on an enrollee’s behalf. While this service has been available to some of our institutional clients in the past, we are now expanding it to allow even more of your employees to benefit from a faster and easier enrollment experience.
