Pursuing other professional passions I am a writer [and] I work with a graphic artist who writes books. I do the lesson plans for those books. I also do some public speaking. Sharing wise advice with her students “Know who you are and why you do certain things or why you’re not doing certain things. Choose your friends wisely…Don’t be afraid to let go of a friend who is doing the opposite of your own values. I talk to them about saving and getting a good job…I remind them that they have to collect tools…people and places and things that will help push them to the next step.”
