The TIAA Institute hosted a Fellows Symposium to examine key socioeconomic and technological forces with significant implications for higher education.
During a full day of discussion and networking, we explored college and university leaders’ perspectives on serving society in turbulent times, macro-trends reshaping the higher education landscape, opportunities for the sector in an era of longevity, and some of the ways AI is driving change. Best practices for enhancing institutions’ employee value propositions – for faculty and staff -- were also discussed.
This symposium offered a collegial and distinctive opportunity to engage in critical conversations with a diverse group of stakeholders that help to define higher education's future success and continued vitality.
