The TIAA Institute-sponsored Delphi Award for innovative efforts to support contingent faculty was featured at a session of the annual meeting of the American Association of Colleges and Universities (AAC&U).

The Pullias Center for Higher Education at the University of Southern California’s Rossier School of Education, in partnership with AAC&U, selected two winners of the 2025 award: Florida Golf Coast University and Montclair State University. Each winner received a $15,000 cash award to continue their work to support adjunct, contingent, and/or non-tenure-track faculty in promoting student success.
