A balancing act While Eva is focused on building her business as a wellness author, speaker and consultant, she is still focused on saving for the future. “I talk to [advisors] who say, ‘well at your age, this is what you should be doing’ and look at my financial circumstances and what I need to be investing in.”
Setting an example Eva maintains an active lifestyle. She has been doing CrossFit for years and trains every day. She tries to influence others to live an active lifestyle to maintain their well-being.
Helping others “I teach people how to manage stress and how to be empowered, strong inside and out, and that includes making sure one’s life is secure now and in the future. For me, that means putting money away…preparing [for the future], while also taking care of myself today and living my passion.”
Health and wellness author Eva has published several books about improving mental and physical health. She is always researching topics about stress and alternative healing.
