Sha’Shanna joined TIAA with solid customer care experience already under her belt. In her current role, she helps individuals with their financial planning through individual sessions and workshops. Sha’Shanna has her FINRA Series 7 and 63 registrations and Master’s in Business Administration.
As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I always wanted to be a teacher. When my older brother would babysit me, I would force him to let me "teach" him math. In my current role, I facilitate educational workshops for our clients, so in a sense, I’m teaching.
What do you enjoy most about working at TIAA?
I love empowering our participants to set and help meet their retirement goals.

Operate as One Team. In my role, I see a lot of teams working closely together to provide a positive client experience.
