New York, March 11, 2019 – TIAA, a leading financial services provider, announced today that Colbert Narcisse will join the company as Senior Managing Director and Head of Wealth Management. Narcisse will report to Blake Wilson, chairman and CEO of TIAA Bank, and head of TIAA’s consumer businesses, and will be based at TIAA’s New York headquarters.
Narcisse will manage TIAA’s wealth management business and will lead an integrated team charged with delivering differentiated products and services and personalized financial advice to TIAA customers.

Prior to joining TIAA, Narcisse served as Managing Director and the Head of International Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley where he was responsible for development and implementation of the firm’s wealth management offerings for non-resident clients, including high-net worth individuals, family offices, pension funds and endowments. He also served as Head of Product Strategy and Development and Head of Traditional and Alternative Investment Products for Morgan Stanley Global Wealth Management. Earlier, Narcisse spent more than 17 years in both investment banking and wealth management at Merrill Lynch. He started his career as a Bank Examiner with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

Narcisse earned his undergraduate degree in finance from New York University and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
