When seeking innovative talent, it is critical to have an innovative, talented leader. At TIAA, Angie Wesley, Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Strategy, leads a team to do just that. On July 13, Wesley was named by industry peers as a top talent acquisition professional at the 2021 OnCon Icon AwardsOpens in a new window.

Wesley has been leading financial services talent acquisition for more than 20 years. Outside of work she enjoys volunteering with Pinky Swear and the Alzheimer’s Association, spending time with her family and dogs, browsing Pinterest for the latest landscaping and interior decorating ideas, and watching funny TikTok videos.
