Black Enterprise Features TIAA-CREF in “40 Best Companies for Diversity”
For the eighth year, TIAA-CREF is featured as one of the “40 Best Companies for Diversity” by Black Enterprise magazine.
The Black Enterprise survey measured more than 1,000 of the nation's leading companies in four key categories: Employee Base, Senior Management, Board of Directors, and Procurement – with a focus on participation of African Americans and other ethnic minorities, as well as women, the disabled, veterans and members of the LGBT community. TIAA was recognized for its Senior Management and Board Diversity.
