TIAA has been included in the National Partnership for Women & Families’ 70 companies that are leading the way on family leave practices and policies. The firm was named among leaders with parental leave policies of at least 12 weeks that have no distinction between primary and secondary caregivers, and which include adoptive parents.
“At TIAA, we aim to support associates with benefits that help balance work and home life,” said Sean Woodroffe, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer for TIAA. “In a challenging year, ensuring our team has the support it needs to bring their best selves to work means our clients are better served.
The companies on the National Partnership for Women & Families “Leading on Leave in 2021” list represent a variety of sectors. However, they share a common commitment to the welfare of working parents. The recognition is a reflection of a company’s consistent prioritization of employees’ needs.
