Meet the TIAA Difference Maker 100 being honored for their work in their communities
TIAA recognized on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index
Marks the ninth consecutive year with a 100% rating
TIAA has once again received a 100% rating on the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Corporate Equality Index, making this the eighth consecutive year of achieving the highest score possible.
The HRC is a national non-profit organization dedicated to promoting fairness for the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community. The group’s annual Corporate Equality Index survey evaluates companies on their policies and practices for LGBT employees.
“While our work on diversity and inclusion never ends, we are honored to receive a perfect score on the HRC Corporate Equality Index,” said Natasha Radden, Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at TIAA.
Ms. Radden continued “By fostering a culture of acceptance and celebrating our differences, we’re able to create an inclusive workplace and gain a deeper understanding of the customers we work to serve every day.”
