TIAA-CREF’s secure website for plan sponsors, PlanFocus, achieved the No. 1 position from DALBAR for the second quarter of 2015. This is the fourth consecutive quarter that PlanFocus reached the top overall ranking in the defined contribution (DC) plan sponsor category by the market research firm.
Additionally, TIAA-CREF’s life insurance and annuities website ranked No. 1 for an unprecedented seventh consecutive time. The site ranked No. 1 on all scoring categories.
DALBAR also awarded TIAA-CREF the “Communications Excellence” designation, a fourth consecutive recognition for life insurance and annuities.
The DALBAR quarterly assessment analyzed 25 websites to evaluate their communications practices based on four criteria: function, usability, behavior centricity and consistency.
