June 23, 2015 — TIAA-CREF’s life insurance and annuities website received an unprecedented fifth consecutive No.1 ranking in DALBAR’s first quarterly assessment of 2015. In addition, TIAA-CREF was the only life insurance company to receive DALBAR’s ‘Excellent’ designation.
DALBAR also awarded TIAA-CREF our third consecutive ‘Communications Excellence’ award. TIAA-CREF was the only company to receive this designation for the quarter.

DALBAR’s quarterly assessment analyzed 42 websites to evaluate their communications practices based on four criteria: function, usability, behavior centricity and consistency.
