TIAA-CREF Achieves Highest Score in Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index
Company receives 100% rating for sixth consecutive year
TIAA-CREF received a 100% rating on the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Corporate Equality Index, the highest score possible on the survey, for the sixth consecutive year.
The HRC is a national non-profit organization dedicated to promoting fairness for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) Americans. The group's annual Corporate Equality Index survey evaluates companies on their policies and practices for LGBT employees. As part of this recognition, TIAA-CREF will be included on HRC's nationally-promoted “Best Places to Work" list.
