Seramount has once again named TIAA, a leading financial services provider, to both its 100 Best Companies and Best Companies for Dads lists. Additionally, two TIAA associates have been named Working Parents of the Year 2022. For more than a decade, Seramount (formerly Working Mother) has included the company on its
“Best of Companies” lists for a variety of working parents, including multicultural women and executive women.
TIAA associates Brett Boudreaux, Team Manager of National Contact Center, Lewisville, Texas, and Carla Carlisle Director and Sr. Lead Program Manager for Information Technology, Charlotte, N.C., were named TIAA Working Parents of the Year. Each winner was nominated by colleagues because of their deep commitment to family, work and community.

Seramount’s Best 100 Companies list highlights companies that focus on employee needs by providing benefits such as accessible and affordable childcare, gender-neutral leave, mental health coverage and increased health insurance. The Best Companies for Dads list recognizes companies that provide support to working families by offering gender-neutral parental leave, flexible hours, increased time off, and other benefits. Similar to Seramount’s other lists, companies are chosen based on an extensive survey of offerings, representation, and more.
