Seramount named TIAA to its “Best Companies for Multicultural Women”Opens in a new window list. This list recognizes companies that have made significant progress within their policies, programs and overall company culture to provide more opportunities for multicultural women.

TIAA ranked number one in both mental health support and pay equity.
Seramount used a 250-question application that covered topics such as representation; hiring, attrition and promotion rates; recruitment, retention and advancement programs; and company culture to determine its “The Best Companies for Multicultural Women” list.
